Getting Around

Cambridge is big and there are so many studios, what do I do!?!?

Not to worry, we are here to help!

There are many different ways to make your way around this exciting event.

By Bike:
The Cambridge Bicycle Committee has created cycling routes connecting open studio locations. Please visit www.cambridgeartscouncil.org/openstudios for printable mini bike tours.

Cambridge Pedicab will also be out in full force during the weekend.  Hop a free ride from a common venue into the neighborhoods!  Flag one down or call 617-370-3707
to request a ride.

By Foot:
Cambridge is a pedestrian friendly city.  Grab a friend and get some exercise while exploring the amazing artists and charming neighborhoods Cambridge has to offer.

By Public Transportation:
As always, MBTA subway stations are clearly marked on our map for your reference.  Please contact the MBTA for details on bus stops and routes.  www.mbta.com

By Car:
If none of these options work out for you or if you are coming from out of town, we have arranged for a few open parking zones around the city. Residential parking restrictions will be lifted, however, please note that meters are still in effect in these areas on Saturday.

Look for the shaded areas on these maps or on the maps in your brochure.
